This Jutsu puts the victim in an endless loop. Also, the Izanami Jutsu is the one that decides the destiny or fate of the person it is cast on. The Izanagi is a powerful forbidden Jutsu that is capable of altering or tampering with destiny. So, what he did was introduced a new forbidden Uchiha Jutsu named Izanami.
